Strength through compassionate counseling and support.
Our team at Mindwaves Healthcare is built on heart, experience, and genuine care. Our clinical services are led by Faria, our founder and director who brings dedication, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting each person with respect and understanding. Alongside this, we work with a growing network of qualified and experienced professionals who share one mission: to provide holistic, person centred support that truly meets people where they are.
We understand that every person has a story, a struggle, and a strength. That is why we do not only focus on difficulties. We focus on potential, resilience, and the small steps that lead to meaningful change. Our approach is grounded in warmth, respect, and the belief that healing happens best in spaces where people feel safe, heard, and at home.
Mindwaves Healthcare embraces diversity in all its forms, including neurodiversity, culture, language, gender, sexuality, disability, and lived experience. We believe differences are not barriers. They are part of what makes care more human.
As we continue to grow, we are strengthening a compassionate team that includes Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support Workers, all working together to provide supportive and ethical care.
All clinicians we collaborate with are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and their respective professional boards, ensuring safe, ethical, and high quality services.
Beyond our clinical practice, we are deeply committed to the future of care through active research. Our director, Faria, partners with clinicians and researchers internationally to explore the fields of Autism, ADHD, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strength-Based Neurodiversity. By engaging in these global collaborations, we ensure that our support remains at the forefront of innovation and evidence based practice.
At Mindwaves, you are not just another client. You are a person, and you belong here.

Our clinicians maintain a full schedule, and session times may be limited. We encourage advance bookings to secure your spot. Rest assured, we prioritise every client and remain dedicated to delivering thoughtful and person centred support.
