Positive Behavioural Support
Positive Behavioural Support is all about understanding why we do what we do and finding ways to make things better. It's like having a coach who helps you score big in the game of life.
How Psychologists Can Help:
- Understanding Triggers: Ever wondered why you react a certain way in certain situations? Our Psychologists can help you figure out the triggers that lead to certain behaviours. Once you know the why, you're better equipped to make positive changes.
- Setting Goals: We'll work together to set achievable goals. Whether it's managing anger, reducing stress, or breaking a bad habit, having clear goals makes it easier to track progress and celebrate wins.
- Creating Strategies: Our Psychologists are like strategy wizards. We'll come up with practical techniques that fit your personality and situation. These strategies are your secret weapons to tackle challenges head-on.
- Learning New Habits: Positive Behaviour Support isn't about fixing something that's broken. It's about learning new and better habits. Our Psychologists will guide you in developing these habits.
- Support and Accountability: Our Psychologists provide the support and encouragement you need to stay on track. It's like having a cheerleader who believes in your potential.
